Use the form below to submit your withdrawal request electronically. The process has two steps: review first, then final confirmation.

Important: the provided email address must match the email address used in the order. The order ID can be entered as 123 or in #123 format as well.

Quick guide

  1. Enter the order ID and the email address used for the order, then load the order.
  2. Select the affected products and optionally add a reason or note.
  3. After clicking "Review data and continue" you will see a short confirmation step on the same page.
  4. Finalize the declaration with the "Confirm withdrawal" button, then also check your mailbox.
